Liderar es una colección práctica de ideas que no solo motivará líderes jóvenes, pero les servirá como un kit de inicio para liderar. No solo contiene principios básicosy muy importantes, sino también los pasos a seguir, para cualquier liderazgo exitoso. Aunque procede de una perspectiva cristiana, no se confina a esos limites. Este libro trasciende a aquellos que quieren liderar en cualquier tipo de mercado. Personalmente, recomiendo este libro porque veo en este el valor increíble que tienen estas lecciones prácticas para nuestra generación.
Hay dos cosas que hacen a un líder exitoso. La primera, es la habilidad dada por nuestro Dios y la segunda, es la guía de otros líderes con mas experiencia. Vanessa Gracia Cruz posee ambas. Lo cual, si no la hace una experta en la materia de liderazgo, es una voz de sabiduría definitiva que está emergiendo de la generación de líderes de nuestro tiempo. Creo que su punto de vista es único porque no solo creció en una familia de líderes, pero también ha tenido acceso a vastos recursos de sabiduría que la rodearon desde pequeña, haciendo posible que llame a algunos de los mas poderosos y relevantes líderes en Latinoamérica sus “tíos y tías”. Mi hija, Vanessa, es un compás para la multitud de jóvenes de este mundo. Esta guía les ayudara a levantarse y alcanzar su destino.

Lead is a practical collection of ideas that will not only motivate young leaders, but serve as a starter-kit for leading. It contains basic, but very important principles that make up the first steps in successful leadership. Although it originates from a Christian perspective, its use does not exclusively stay within those boundaries. It transcends to those who want to lead in the marketplace as well. I personally recommend this book, because I see the incredible value that these practical lessons represent to our generation.
